While the recruitment process remains challenging, especially as we look for candidates who align with our firm’s values and culture, we are committed to bringing in top-tier talent. With over 12,000 impressions and 41,000 social media views, our recruitment efforts have gained traction, and we are optimistic about the caliber of talent joining us.
